I now use oxy pads which only cleans my face not help my acnce. I have minor streatch marks on my butt what can i use to get rid of them?

yea im a 16 year old boy and i wear glasses and u kno how wen u wear glasses the skin under your eyes gets darker and looks deeper. howd u getrid of it and make the skin under your eyes look like normal skin?
